I Installed the Postgresql Database...on windows 2016.......after that I got the below
error while accessing the pg4admin through Internet Explorer 11.
Unauthorized
The server could not verify that you are authorized to access the URL requested. You either supplied the wrong credentials (e.g. a bad password), or your browser doesn't understand how to supply the credentials required.
Goto Internet Explorer: Tool Menu -> Internet Option -> Secruity -> Trusted Sites Click on Sites add HTTP://127.0.0.1 then Security Level for this zone section should be Medium-low
