Fix for ORA-03113: end-of-file on communication channel

While startup the database getting error.

SQL> startup
ORACLE instance started.

Database mounted.
Database opened.
SQL> select instance_name from v$instace;

Solution:


SQL> alter database recover database until cancel;

database altered


SQL> alter system set db_recovery_file_dest_size=8000m scope=both;

database altered


SQL> alter database open resetlogs;

database altered
